Trump's supporters swarm to the Manhattan courthouse in an attempt to win the former president over.

As shocking testimony about Donald Trump's alleged sexual encounter with an adult film actress and the hush money payment made to keep it under wraps before the 2016 election begins to emerge, a number of Trump's supporters are pouring into the Manhattan criminal courthouse where the former president is on trial to show their support for the man.

According to a GOP source, House Speaker Mike Johnson, who has been siding more and more with the former president in response to criticism from the extreme right, will be the most senior Republican and the most recent Trump loyalist to travel on Tuesday.

Politicians rallying around Trump are disparaging the individuals that his gag order forbids him from discussing in public, including Michael Cohen, the prosecution's key witness whose testimony started on Monday. Their attendance at the courts also provides them with a high-profile platform to pursue a prospective cabinet position should Trump win another term, as well as an opportunity to demonstrate their loyalty, a quality that the former president greatly admired and rewarded.

Along with former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and representatives Byron Donalds, Cory Mills, and Byron Donalds from Florida, the former president will be joined in court on Tuesday by North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, who is reportedly being considered as Trump's running mate.

Their court appearances follow Trump's Monday court appearance with Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, a possible vice presidential candidate, and Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville.

During Cohen's first day of evidence, both Vance and Tuberville assailed him in remarks they made to reporters outside the courtroom.

Is there anyone who is sane enough to trust what Michael Cohen says?Just before Tuberville derided Cohen's testimony as "an acting scene" and called him a "serial liar," Vance addressed reporters outside the criminal courthouse.

Along with Vance and Tuberville, attorneys general Brenna Bird of Iowa, Steve Marshall of Alabama, and Representative Nicole Malliotakis of New York also appeared in court with Trump on Monday and chatted with media outside the courthouse. Sen. Rick Scott of Florida and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton visited the courtroom with President Trump last week. In addition to his father, Eric Trump has routinely been accompanied to court by a number of his closest advisors.

According to a Trump campaign spokesman, more supporters of the president are anticipated to accompany him in court in the coming weeks. According to the official, "a number" of his friends and supporters have gotten in touch with him and the campaign to inquire about visiting the courtroom.

"It's just a demonstration of how offended so many of our friends are by what's happening to the president, and it will continue,"

According to a source close to the campaign, the lawmakers who traveled to the courtroom to denounce Trump's case would earn much-needed airtime during the well reported trial and would not face any political repercussions.

This guy stated, "This is the trial to show up to if there was a safe one." Trump is accused of mishandling secret material, attempting to rig the 2020 election, and being a defendant in three other criminal cases. All 88 of the allegations against Trump have been accepted by his not guilty plea.

Senior adviser to Trump's 2020 presidential campaign Mark Serrano stated in an interview  that he believed the gag order Trump is under to was a major factor in why Trump's supporters felt obligated to attend the trial.

To some extent, Judge Merchan has silenced Donald Trump. He has deprived him of his first amendment rights, and individuals like Tommy Tuberville, J.D. Vance, and others will travel to New York to support Donald Trump, according to Serrano.

Ten thousand dollars has been fined to Trump for breaking the gag order that prevents him from speaking about witnesses in public. Among the infractions were remarks he made against Cohen, a crucial witness in the prosecution's case. Following his alleged 2016 election meddling plan payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, Trump unlawfully fabricated business records. In the New York case, Trump has entered a not guilty plea to 34 felony counts of falsifying company documents.
